William Regal may have let it be known that he’s coming for the ECW Champion, but that takes nothing away from Captain Charisma’s successful title defense against Zack Ryder on Tuesday night.

Tuesday night was a rough one for the ECW Champion. Not only did he lose a tag team match against Kozlov & Jackson, but he was kicked in the head by his WWE Breaking Point opponent, William Regal.

Yes, Captain Charisma did retain the ECW Championship in the blink of an eye. Unfortunately, that angered William Regal, Ezekiel Jackson and Vladimir Kozlov and they made him pay for it.
