The Highlight Reel with special guest Edge
The former Intercontinental Champion made his presence felt during the Highlight Reel. After Edge told Chris Jericho that he could not compete at Unforgiven due to a sever groin injury suffered over the weekend, Christian took to the ring and Pearl Harbored Y2J. Not anticipating the attack, Jericho didn’t stand a chance, as Christian tore the Highlight Reel host apart. Christian is back!

Chris Jericho vs. Christian (w/ Trish & Tyson Tomko)
It was a match with so much meaning to both competitors that Christian called it “Game 7″ and it lived up to its hype in every way. The most bitter of enemies engaged in the ultimate battle within the confines of a 15-foot high steel cage that has been known to cause serious injury, the two men gave it everything they had, and then some. With the odds even for the first time since Trish Stratus and Tyson Tomko began entering ringside with Christian, Chris Jericho proved to be too much for his former best friend, defeating Christian with the Walls of Jericho.
Winner: Chris Jericho

The Highlight Reel with special guest Matt Hardy
Out comes Chris Jericho and it’s time for the highlight reel. Jericho wants his title shot. He challenges the winner of the Benoit / HBK to a match. However, tonight’s guest is Matt Hardy. Out comes Matt Hardy and Jericho brings up the past but Hardy says he is only human and wants to fix his mistakes. He calls out Lita and she shows up on the video screen. She starts to tell Matt she doesn’t want to see him anymore but later cracks and screams for help. Kane has tied Lita to a chair in the boiler room. Hardy runs up the ramp to save Lita.

Before Jericho can end the segment Christian, Trish and Tyson Tomko come out to front him, as they stand at the top of the ramp. Christian mentioned about what happened the week before, when Jericho attacked both Christian and Trish after his match. He then called Jericho a “problem” which sent Tyson Tomko to the ring to attack Jericho, then joins in for the double team.

Later in the night, Eric Bischoff booked Christian vs Chris Jericho in a steel cage for next week’s Raw!

Drew McIntyre & “Dashing” Cody Rhodes vs Christian & Matt Hardy
Matt and Drew started the match and Matt had the early advantage by working on Drew’s arm. Christian tags in and hits an uppercut to Drew. Christian made the match extra technical for an second until Drew got some punches in. Christian hit a missile dropkick for a nearfall. Cody got in and hit some punches and Christian countered with a flapjack. The babyfaces worked on Cody with good tag team tactics. Cody hit Matt with his exposed knee and tagged in Drew. Drew went for the Future Shock but Matt threw both men out and hit a dropkick to Drew. Christian hit a moonsault to both heels.

The show returned with Cody attacking Matt with a side Russian leg sweep and missed a knee drop. Christian placed his weight on Cody and went for his uppercut but Drew distracted him. Cody hit the Alabama slam (Hardcore Holly’s finisher if you were interested). Both heels worked on Christian outside of the ring. Cody hit a brain buster to Christian for a nearfall. Cody hit a sick standing dropkick to Christian for two nearfalls. Drew got back in the match with an armbar submission and both heels continued to work on Christian. Cody went for another Alabama Slam but Christian countered and the both guys clotheslined each other.

Matt got back in the match and worked on Drew for multiple nearfalls. Matt hit a tornado DDT and the referee was distracted. Matt went for the rollup for a nearfall. Matt unintentionally hit Christian with a clothesline and Drew hit a big boot to Matt for the win.
Winners: Drew McIntyre & “Dashing” Cody Rhodes

Post match, Christian picked up Matt and offered a handshake. Both men shock hands and the crowd booed.

Christian, alongside Trish Stratus and Tyson Tomko, came to the ring as Raw went to a commercial break. When Raw came back, Christian brought up how he beat Chris Jericho at WrestleMania XX and embarassed him by stealing Trish Stratus away from him. He said even after that, Jericho was still a problem. So he went and got a problem solver…Tyson Tomko. Christian said his next goal is to have the World Heavyweight Title around his waist in the near future. He said with Trish and Tomko behind him, there is nothing he can’t accomplish. Grandmaster Sexay’s music hit, cutting off Christian.

Christian (w/ Trish Stratus & Tyson Tomko) vs. Grandmaster Sexay
The match started with Christian hitting some hard punches and kicks to Sexay in the corner. Christian choked Sexay on the second rope as Trish looked on. Sexay hit a front face flapjack followed by a quick kick to the head, getting a two count as a result. Sexay hit a big superkick on Christian followed by a missle dropkick off the top rope, but once again got a two count.

Christian attempted an Unprettier, but Sexay countered and both men spilled over the top rope. Sexay threw Christian back into the ring, went up on the top rope, but Christian knocked him down. Christian picked up Sexay and connected with the Unprettier to get the 1, 2, 3.
Winner: Christian

After the match, Tyson Tomko hit a stiff kick to the face on Sexay. Trish came in and smiled with Christian. Chris Jericho’s new countdown began followed by the pyro. All three looked on, but no Jericho came out. Christian sent Tomko up the ramp. Jericho came into the ring through the crowd, knocking Christian out of the ring and applying the Walls of Jericho on Trish. Tomko pulled Trish out of the move to the outside. Jericho taunted Tomko, Christian and Trish in the ring. Christian, Trish and Tomko left up the ramp as Jericho looked on.

Christian vs. Chris Jericho
Trish Stratus is with Christian and there’s the bell, the match is underway. Back and forth action until Christian slaps Jericho across the face. This makes him mad and he takes control of the match and lays the boots to him. Y2J maintains the advantage using a dropkick from the second rope for a close two. Now the match goes back and forth using brawling. Now we see the reversals by both getting close pins. Y2J tries to put in the Walls of Jericho but Trish jumps in the ring. Christian get thrown out of the ring and Y2J lays Trish on his knee and spanks her before Christian can grab her and get her out of the ring. Y2J jumps from the apron and nails both of them.

Y2J tries to throw Christian back in the ring and he cheats and throws Y2J to the outside. Christian puts Jericho in the ring. Christian distracts the ref as Trish slaps Jericho and after getting stopped a second time gives Jericho a kick outside the ring. Now Christian is in the ring using a chin lock to slow the match down. Y2J gets out and Y2J actually gets a rollup for a 2 count. Christian all mad knocks Y2J down and lays his throat on the ropes. Christian is gloating with Trish at ringside which leads to a clothesline that knocks both guys down. Jericho now in control and lays Christian’s throat on the rope and hits him in the back with a knee. Close pins now used by both with Christian using the ropes to gain an advantage for the pin but gets a 2 count. Y2J catches Christian on the buckle and hits a superplex for a 2 count. The finish sees Trish try to slap Jericho and accidentally slaps Christian. Y2J grabs Trish and throws her in the ring. The referee goes to get Trish out while Y2J applies the Walls of Jericho on Christian when some huge guy runs in the ring and kicks Y2J right in the mouth. He leaves the ring and stands at ringside as Christian pins Y2J for the victory.
Winner: Christian

Christian and Trish walk up the ramp with the huge guy close behind, Trish has no idea who he is.

After the commercial, Christian, Trish and the mystery man who interfered in the match just moments ago are seen in the back, where Christian introduces Trish to the Problem Solver Tyson Tomko.

Big Show vs. Matt Hardy vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Kane vs. Christian vs. Drew McIntyre
Each man had their full entrance, with Big Show coming out last. There was a spotlight above the briefcase that resulted in a white light coming down in the center of the ring. Big Show and Kane cleaned house at the bell, while Cody Rhodes brought in a ladder and tried to climb it, but he was tossed out as well. Kane and Show then faced off, with Show shoulderblocking Kane from the ring. Big Show went to climb a ladder, but the rungs broke under his weight. wrestlers ran in, but Show swatted them back out, then tossed the broken ladder from the ring, hitting Kane with it. Big Show went under the ring, but was kicked by Ziggler and Rhodes, then everyone except Kane ganged up on Show and rammed him into the ring steps. The wrestlers then brawled on the floor, with Drew McIntyre getting the better of it, including catapulting Christian into a ladder on the floor.

Drew tossed a ladder in the ring and set it up, but Hardy came in and hit Drew with a ladder across the back, then knocked him out of the ring with it. Matt climbed the ladder, but Christian pulled him down. Christian then went to climb up, but Matt pulled him down. Matt and Christian brawled to the floor, while Rhodes tried to climb the ladder, but Kofi cut him off, rammed him in the ladder and tossed him out. Kofi went to climb, but Ziggler stopped him. Ziggler climbed and reached the hook, but Christian climbed up and stopped him. Christian and Ziggler fought at the top of the ladder, and Christian hiptossed him off. Matt tipped the ladder to knocked Christian off, but he landed on his feet. Hardy gave Kofi a Twist Of Fate and Christian gave Rhodes a reverse DDT. Hardy and Christian gave Kane a double DDT. Hardy and Christian gave Kane a ladder sandwich, then hit each other with the ladders. Christian gave Hardy a Hotshot into a ladder leaning on the ropes, then stood on Hardy.

Christian went to climb a ladder, but Rhodes knocked it over and Christian fell to the floor, crashing into Big Show. Rhodes and Kofi hit Kane with kicks, and Matt gave Kane a Twist Of Fate. Kofi went to climb, but Rhodes gave Kingston a back suplex off the ladder. Rhodes and Hardy climbed and battled at the top of a ladder, but Drew knocked it over. Drew tossed Matt shoulder first into the ringpost, then did the same to Rhodes. Drew climbed the ladder, but Ziggler stopped him, only to be tossed into the ringpost as well. Kane pulled McIntyre to the floor, then started to clear the announce tables. Kane went for a chokeslam, but McIntyre battled back, only to be kicked onto the table. Kane decked Christian at ringside with a right hand. Kofi hit Kane with a baseball slide kick as Kane was picking up a ladder. Kofi went to McIntyre and pounded him with punches and a Trouble In Paradise kick on the table.

Kofi looked at a ladder at ringside, and positioned it so he could dive onto McIntyre on the announce table. Kofi gave McIntyre a Boom Drop off the ladder, putting him through the table. In the ring, Ziggler climbed a ladder, but Big Show got in and knocked the ladder down. Show chokeslammed Ziggler, who rolled to the floor. Kane choked Big Show, but Big Show punched him away, then gave him a back splash in the corner, using a ladder. Rhodes ran in, but Show knocked him out. Christian and Hardy hit Show with a ladder, but on a second attempt, Show shoved the ladder, knocking Hardy and Christian down. Show splashed the ladder onto Christian and Hardy. They rolled to the floor, and Show was left alone in the ring.

Show went under the ring and pulled out his heavy duty ladder. They noted it was a 350 pound ladder, and could hold a ton. Show struggled to get the ladder in the ring, finally pulling it between the ropes. Show got it set up, but before he could climb, Rhodes came in with a small ladder and hit Show in the ankle with it. Rhodes started to climb the big ladder, but Ziggler pulled him off with an Electric Chair. Ziggler started to climb the ladder, slowly, but Big Show chopped him off. Show headbutted Matt Hardy away. Kofi Kingston springboarded onto the big ladder, but Show pulled him off. Kofi managed to hook Show in a DDT on the way down, then began to climb the ladder again. Cody Rhodes hit a top rope dropkick on Kofi to knock him off the ladder.

Rhodes gave Kofi Crossroads on a ladder on the mat. Rhodes started to climb, but Ziggler knocked him off, then gave him a Zig Zag into the heavy duty ladder. Big Show headbutted Rhodes, then Ziggler. Show began to climb, but Kane toppled the ladder. Show fell into the ropes, and over the top to the floor. The other wrestlers piled and tossed a bunch of ladders onto Big Show, burying him. Everyone except Show and McIntyre were in the ring. Everyone tried to climb the ladder, but Kane pulled them down and cleaned house on them. Kane went to climb the ladder, but Dolph climbed over him and tried for the briefcase. Kane pulled him back and Dolph applied a sleeper on the ladder. Kane broke free by ramming Dolph’s head in the ladder. Kane went to toss Dolph from the ring, but his leg got caught in the ropes. Kane freed him, then tossed him off the apron into the pile of ladders on top of Show. Kane was pulled from the ring by Kofi and Christian, so Kane blasted them, and tossed Kofi onto the pile of ladders on Show. Cody Rhodes tried to run from Kane, but Kane chased him and rammed him head first into the armored van. Kane went back to the ring where Christian and Hardy were trying to climb the ladder. Kane pulled them down and went to climb, but Hardy and Christian gave Kane a double powerbomb off the ladder.

Christian and Hardy climbed the ladder and slugged it out. Each went for the briefcase, only to be cut off by the other. They struggled right at the top of the ladder, then both shoved each other off, with Matt landing hard on the mat and Christian bouncing off the ropes before crashing. Drew McIntyre, slowly, crawled into the ring and began climbing the ladder. Kane got back up and climbed the other side. Kane grabbed McIntyre by the throat and tossed him off the ladder. Kane then grabbed the briefcase at the 23-minute mark.
Winner: Kane.

Drew McIntyre vs. Christian
They look at the briefcase before Drew kicks Christian and follows that with forearms. He throws Christian to the floor and Drew goes after him. They fight on the apron with Christian connecting with a knee and Drew with a forearm. Christian with a pendulum kick that sends Drew to the floor and then Christian with a cross body onto Drew and both men are down. Christian sends Drew into the ring and Christian goes back up top and he hits a cross body for a near fall. Drew is in the ropes and Christian leaps onto Drew’s back to choke him. Christian goes to the apron but Drew drops Christian on the top rope. Drew gets a near fall. Drew sends Christian into the turnbuckles and then he punches Christian until the referee warns him. Drew with an arm bar and chin lock. Christian punches and slaps Drew and then connects with an elbow in the corner. Christian tries for a tornado DDT but Drew punches Christian and knocks Christian off the turnbuckles and Christian goes to the floor as we go to commercial.

We are back and Drew gets a near fall on Christian. Drew returns to the arm bar and then he punches Christian but Christian punches Drew. Drew runs Christian into the turnbuckles. Christian is put on the turnbuckles and Christian with a knee and then he hits the tornado DDT and he gets a near fall. Christian gets to his feet first and he punches Drew and he tries for a running forearm and Drew catches him. Christian counters and hits an inverted DDT and gets a near fall. Christian goes to the turnbuckles and hits a drop kick but only gets a two count. Drew punches Christian and pushes him into the corner. Christian with a drop toe hold and then Christian goes to the turnbuckles but he comes off and is met with a kick from McIntyre. Drew can only get a near fall on Christian. Drew catapults Christian into the turnbuckles but Christian with an elbow. Christian goes to the turnbuckles again but Drew stops him and Drew tries for a German suplex from the turnbuckles but Christian holds on to the turnbuckles and knocks Drew off. Christian with a sunset flip off the turnbuckles for a near fall. Drew with a neck breaker to the knee for a near fall.

Drew sets for the Future Shock DDT but Christian with a back body drop. Christian goes to the turnbuckles again and hits the corkscrew back elbow. Drew tries for Future Shock, but Christian counters and tries for the Killswitch but Drew gets to the ropes. On the break, Drew connects with a thumb to Christian’s eye and Drew sends Christian into the ropes and then hits the Future Shock DDT for the three count.
Winner: Drew McIntyre
