The Highlight Reel with special guest Edge
The former Intercontinental Champion made his presence felt during the Highlight Reel. After Edge told Chris Jericho that he could not compete at Unforgiven due to a sever groin injury suffered over the weekend, Christian took to the ring and Pearl Harbored Y2J. Not anticipating the attack, Jericho didn’t stand a chance, as Christian tore the Highlight Reel host apart. Christian is back!

Chris Jericho vs. Christian (w/ Trish & Tyson Tomko)
It was a match with so much meaning to both competitors that Christian called it “Game 7″ and it lived up to its hype in every way. The most bitter of enemies engaged in the ultimate battle within the confines of a 15-foot high steel cage that has been known to cause serious injury, the two men gave it everything they had, and then some. With the odds even for the first time since Trish Stratus and Tyson Tomko began entering ringside with Christian, Chris Jericho proved to be too much for his former best friend, defeating Christian with the Walls of Jericho.

The Highlight Reel with special guest Matt Hardy
Out comes Chris Jericho and it’s time for the highlight reel. Jericho wants his title shot. He challenges the winner of the Benoit / HBK to a match. However, tonight’s guest is Matt Hardy. Out comes Matt Hardy and Jericho brings up the past but Hardy says he is only human and wants to fix his mistakes. He calls out Lita and she shows up on the video screen. She starts to tell Matt she doesn’t want to see him anymore but later cracks and screams for help. Kane has tied Lita to a chair in the boiler room. Hardy runs up the ramp to save Lita.
Before Jericho can end the segment Christian, Trish and Tyson Tomko come out to front him, as they stand at the top of the ramp. Christian mentioned about what happened the week before, when Jericho attacked both Christian and Trish after his match. He then called Jericho a “problem” which sent Tyson Tomko to the ring to attack Jericho, then joins in for the double team.
Later in the night, Eric Bischoff booked Christian vs Chris Jericho in a steel cage for next week’s Raw!

Christian, alongside Trish Stratus and Tyson Tomko, came to the ring as Raw went to a commercial break. When Raw came back, Christian brought up how he beat Chris Jericho at WrestleMania XX and embarassed him by stealing Trish Stratus away from him. He said even after that, Jericho was still a problem. So he went and got a problem solver…Tyson Tomko. Christian said his next goal is to have the World Heavyweight Title around his waist in the near future. He said with Trish and Tomko behind him, there is nothing he can’t accomplish. Grandmaster Sexay’s music hit, cutting off Christian.
Christian (w/ Trish Stratus & Tyson Tomko) vs. Grandmaster Sexay
The match started with Christian hitting some hard punches and kicks to Sexay in the corner. Christian choked Sexay on the second rope as Trish looked on. Sexay hit a front face flapjack followed by a quick kick to the head, getting a two count as a result. Sexay hit a big superkick on Christian followed by a missle dropkick off the top rope, but once again got a two count.

Christian vs. Chris Jericho
Trish Stratus is with Christian and there’s the bell, the match is underway. Back and forth action until Christian slaps Jericho across the face. This makes him mad and he takes control of the match and lays the boots to him. Y2J maintains the advantage using a dropkick from the second rope for a close two. Now the match goes back and forth using brawling. Now we see the reversals by both getting close pins. Y2J tries to put in the Walls of Jericho but Trish jumps in the ring. Christian get thrown out of the ring and Y2J lays Trish on his knee and spanks her before Christian can grab her and get her out of the ring. Y2J jumps from the apron and nails both of them.

Backstage, Trish Stratus was complaining to the WWE make-up lady about how she had been added to the Backlash match between Chris Jericho and Christian at Backlash. Eugene walked up and said hello to the makeup lady. Trish told Eugene that he should know who she is and gave him some hints. He called Trish a slut. William Regal apologized and took Eugene away. Christian walked up and told Trish not to worry about Eugene. He said he would take care of Jericho at Backlash and all she would have to do is pin Jericho 1, 2, 3. Christian hugged Trish and she complained that she wasn’t a slut.
Lita, who was the special guest on Chris Jericho’s Highlight Reel, was attacked by Trish from behind. Jericho left the ring as WWE officials broke it up. Eric Bischoff came out and said if they wanted to fight so bad, it would be Trish Stratus vs. Lita right now.

During Chris Jericho’s match against Matt Hardy, Christian and Trish came out with a recliner and watched the match from the ramp. They applauded Hardy every time that he got the upper hand, but after Hardy tapped out to the Walls Of Jericho and Jericho was declared the winner, Christian and Trish made out in front of him to annoy and embarrass him further.
Later in the night, during a Women’s Battle Royal, to determine the number one contender for Victoria’s Women’s Championship, who was to get a shot at the upcoming pay-per-view, Backlash, Chris Jericho made his way down to ringside and distracted Trish long enough for Lita to toss her out.
Tajiri vs. Christian
Before the match got underway, backstage, Christian told Trish not to worry about the battle royal and informed her that the match at Backlash was to be a Handicap match.
As for the match, Tajiri used a couple of stiff kicks to get going. Christian got going with a couple of nice punches before the Coach comes down to the ring. Tajiri caught Christian in the tarantula. But when he let go Coach tripped him up up Tajiri, distracting him momentarily, which allowed Christian to hit the Unprettier for the victory.
Winner: Christian

Highlight Reel with special guest Trish Stratus
Trish Stratus was the special guest for Chris Jericho’s Highlight reel. She came out and got right in Jericho’s face and explained that he was never there for her. She continued to trash talk Jericho as the crowd called her a slut. He agreed that she was a former woman’s champ and a 3-time WWE Babe of the year but she was the slut of the century. Jericho shot back with a series of insults with not-so-subtle sexual overtones, then start calling Trish a “Filthy! Dirty! Disgusting! Bottom-feeding! Trashbag Ho!”. Then got the crowd to continuously chant the same, which made her exit the arena.
After the break, we see Trish in the bac who runs into Christian. He consoles Trish about what just happened, Then explains he was in Bischoff’s office and he got his match. He promises that he will going to get Jericho back.
